Welcome to Incledon Farm!
Summer 2021 Update
Following the announcement government announcement on the roadmap of restrictions , our opening date for this season will be the 12th April (providing there are no setbacks on the reduction of restrictions). We are currently clarifying guidance but it is likely that as part of this opening phase we will not be able to open our facility blocks. Therefore visitors will need to have their own self-contained toilet facilities, until the 17th May at the earliest. We look forward to welcoming you back to the farm soon but in the meantime, please take care and stay safe!
Some weekends are booked up already so please do get in contact if you wish to book for this summer. The best way to get in touch is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the current situation our staff are more busy and so are not always available to answer the phone. Our office opening hours are 9am to 6pm. For any enquiries outside of office hours please email and we will respond within 24 hours.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Covid-19 Update 2021
Incledon Farm will be operating similar measures to 2020 to ensure safety to all our guests and staff, please read below:
In previous years, check-in would be at the farmhouse on arrival. We now have an outside reception area as you arrive into the yard where a member of staff will be on duty to help you check-in and to direct you to your pitch.
We will only be accepting pre-booked guests on site which enables us to control the number of guests on site at a given time ensuring we can keep areas clean and safe for all. Check-in times are between 9am and 6pm, there are to be no arrivals outside of these times.
The facilities will be open but we encourage our guests to use their own facilities where possible to help us with demand and to reduce queuing. Separate toilet tents can be pitched inside the footprint of your pitch to accommodate your own chemical toilet. Please be aware that it may take longer to use these areas due to increased cleaning and the need to keep a safe distance from others.
The facilities including water points and chemical toilet disposal will be cleaned regularly throughout the day. Unfortunately we will not be able to supply the use of a communal fridge, freezer and kettle for the time being.
There are hand sanitiser dispensers in communal areas for visitors to use and we encourage all guests to bring their own soap and hand sanitiser.
We are only allowing individual bookings and we ask that large groups do not assemble in the camping field. It will be up to every guest to make sure they maintain the required minimum 1 metre distance from each other as we will not be able to manage this individually. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee separate bookings are able to be pitched next door to each other.
Campers will not be able to have any day visitors to their pitches, this will help us limit the number of people on our campsites and will ensure we can keep up with the cleaning of shared facilities.
We will have our washing up area open at a one at a time basis. Please bear in mind that queuing times may be a little longer; we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
